| Sumario: | This research project has been done in conjunction with the Smes within the October 9th textile wholesale market association, which has the purpose of proposing different methods of control in the budget field in order to dissolve inconveniences as soon as possible. it refers both to the economic and financial processes that are carried out within this association since this way it will be possible to determine the solidity of the same and help to determine to each company which are the shortcomings for which it is necessary to take reins and corrective solutions and these help to obtain adequate budgetary controls in an effective and efficient way.
Research into this problem arises because in most of the Smes there were poor budgetary controls what this triggered in a bad cash management, so this research seeks a definitive solution to this problem through the application of control methods for the good economic and financial management that should be carried out since in this way there will be a clearer focus of how to control the items that each company manages and that this serves as a constant benefit and growth for each member of this guild of traders dedicated to the confection and expendio of jeans, since this industry is one of the most representative and important within the association so its proper functioning and development will serve as a reference for other guilds belonging to the association.
In order for Smes to obtain constant growth and development, each one of them has to implement a budgetary control model that will help plan and control in an organized way and in a way that provides stable and real data. |
