Sumario:The dynamic conflict between the parties of a political system responds to the model adopted by a particular country. However, history has shown that the structuring of a political system does not imply its submission to the constitutive norms. In this aspect, the Venezuelan political system characterized, in its moment, by its firm democratic model, a solid institutionality, the alternation in the possession of power between the political parties, product of the Punto Fijo Pact, has faced since the arrival to power of Hugo Chávez Frías and with Nicolás Maduro, at present, the weakening of the political model, affecting the autonomy of the powers of the State; directing its efforts to minimize the participation of the opposition in decision-making. To this, the opposition coalition called the Democratic Unity Table has been characterized by a stance of combat and attrition to the regime, especially in the use of demonstrations and other means of peaceful protest. The radicalization of its position responds to the usurpation of the powers of the State, and the denial of the regime to implement mechanisms of citizen participation, whose objective has been the dismissal of Nicolás Maduro and the establishment of the democratic system; that although, at the time the MUD supposed that obtaining state incentives or concessions would ensure "counterbalance" the regime, the armor provided by corruption has demonstrated once again the impossibility of weakening the system, even with the performance of the international community.
