Sumario:This work entitled “Development and sale of Quinoa´s Chip in Ecuador” stems from my interest in developing and presenting to my country a snack that has a proper nutrition I'm focusing on meeting demand in a market neglected, which is the Ecuadorian lunchbox. To get this proposal I used a very important cereal in the diet of the Ecuadorian which is the quinoa. This snack would have a simple and accessible presentation for every pocket according my studies. The product was developed by testing and various recipes that I discarded and other things of me authorship.
