Sumario:Marketing of Liquefied Petroleum Gas: Grant and Property is a thesis that seeks to regulate the ownership and marketing of surplus from the remainder of the cylinders used for domestic and industrial use. For technical reasons specific to the marketing process of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas, it is impossible to get 100% of the Gas, an amount that is returned to the traders by the final consumers and that is exploited by them. As the ownership and marketing of the remainder of Liquefied Petroleum Gas are not expressly regulated leads to future difficulties between the government and marketers. When a title transfer is made, the new owner can use, enjoy and dispose of the property, being the domain of Liquefied Petroleum Gas is transferred to traders, from the traders to distributors, from distributors to final users and these back to the traders, who holds the property, that means they can use, enjoy and dispose the surplus from the remainder of the cylinders having every right to trade the remainder.
