In the last fifteen years, the Andean Community of Nations is facing a new political guidelines in each of its member States, characterized by an unwillingness to join the integrational system proposed by the organization, CAN. Interstate political isolation and independent decision making have engendered an element that undermines the institutions of the Andean Community. Political distrust for the Andean organization is a growing threat, able to break legitimacy and representativeness in the subregional integration processes. Political distrust limited relations between the Member States and that transcends powerlessness donated to the organization in the judicial aspect and role in the field of integration, making Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia and Peru seek integrative linked to other blocks in the region, leaving aside the Andean identity and shaken by the Andean Community of Nations at the edge of decline. Los actos políticos son el vínculo de cohesión y el pilar estructural de los organismos de integración regional. En los últimos quince años, la Comunidad Andina de Naciones se enfrenta a nuevos lineamientos políticos en cada uno de sus Estados miembros, caracterizados por una falta de voluntad para adherirse al sistema propuesto por la organización CAN. El aislamiento político interestatal y la toma de decisiones de forma independiente, han engendrado un elemento que erosiona la institucionalidad de la Comunidad Andina. La desconfianza política es para la organización andina una amenaza creciente, capaz de romper legitimidad y representatividad en los procesos de integración subregional. La desconfianza política limita las relaciones entre los Estado miembros y que trasciende a la falta de poder donado a la organización en el aspecto judicial y protagonismo en el ámbito de la integración, haciendo que Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia y Perú busque vincularse a otros bloques integrativos en la región, dejando de lado la identidad andina y haciendo tambalear a la Comunidad Andina de Naciones al borde del ocaso. 2016-05-24T17:53:52Z 2016-05-24T17:53:52Z 2016 bachelorThesis Mastrocola Narváez, M.
