Sumario:Chapter 1: Shows a market survey, which includes the segment rate, its market demand, and results of the surveys that were developed in each place that the company was decided. Chapter 2: Exposes the purpose of the supply chain of the company. Then based on the SCOR model, each link of it is analyzed (Supply, Production, Distribution, and Customer.) Customer link defines the product characteristics and requirements of the consumer to establish the proper process method. Thus, demand is planned, using the previous model.
