The company is currently in a stage of growth and strengthening of the processes, which is why the need to make changes and implement improvements. The overall objective is to design a management model in the supply chain of the pineapple product through the implementation of process control and material requirements planning. The framework in chapter 1 explains the problem, objectives, scope of the project and all the concepts to be managed throughout the project, from a global vision of the company to the use of supply chain tools. Chapter 2 covers all the current situation of the company, it describes the current sales process, inventory management, purchasing management, production management and material requirements. Chapter 3 presents the improvements implemented in the supply chain. Start with demand analysis, in which the best alternative forecasting demand Proesemica is established. Second, Kardex is a proposed to control raw materials in Proesemica. In addition, the analysis of the material flow identify the behavior of production, purchase and warehouse at different stages of the product pineapple. In the production area, an MRP or Material Requirements Planning, a Master Production Schedule and finally, an analysis of the current production capacity with a Kaizen improvement are the proposal to be implemented. Finally, criteria are established in purchasing management based on research, selection and evaluation of suppliers. In chapter 4 the results of processes and an financial analysis are evaluated. Chapter 5, conclusions and recommendations of the project. El proyecto de titulación se desarrolló en una empresa de procesamiento de frutas Proesemica. Actualmente se encuentra en una etapa de crecimiento y de fortalecimiento de los procesos, es por ello la necesidad de realizar cambios e implementar mejoras. El objetivo general es diseñar un modelo de gestión en la cadena de suministro del producto piña, a través de la implementación de procesos de control y planificación de requerimientos de materiales. En el capítulo 1 se desarrolla el Marco Referencial el cuál compone de la problemática, objetivos, el alcance del proyecto y todos los conceptos que se manejarán a lo largo del proyecto, desde una visión global de la empresa hasta el uso de herramientas de cadenas de suministros. El capítulo 2 abarca todo lo que es la situación actual de la empresa, describe como es el proceso actual de ventas, el manejo de inventarios, la gestión de compras, la administración de la producción y el requerimiento de los materiales. El capítulo 3 presenta las mejoras a implementar en la cadena de abastecimiento. Inicia con análisis de demanda, en el que se establece la mejor alternativa de pronóstico de la demanda de Proesemica.
