Sumario:The present study aimed to assess empowerment of graduates of racing Public Administration (PA) and Agribusiness and Agricultural Business (AE) of the Polytechnic School of Manabi Agricultural Felix Manuel Lopez in their socio-economic environment, the sample was management graduates whose population was 98 professionals; making use of a statistical sample of finite population using a confidence level of 95.5% and 4.5% desired error identified a sample of 42 graduates, to get better sample results increased by 25% for a sample of 60 graduates, surveys were used open and closed-face type and with the help of a software tool for those who do not have access, interviews with employers and an array of satisfaction survey, the variables studied were the level of acceptability and satisfaction with work instruction received. The information requested by the surveys delivered in person and by computer yielded results that 68.4% of graduates are working and 82.04% are satisfied and consider education in MFL ESPAM is right to train as a professional; SWOT analysis was carried out of the race which allowed the construction of strategies were proposed to them that can help them to continuous improvement if the race decides to implement. Graduates are empowered occupationally as accepted in the workplace and comply with their professional skills.
