| Sumario: | The special examination to fixed assets and inventories of the Provincial Defense Board Artisan Rivers, located in the city of Babahoyo, streets between Roldós June 5 and November 9, being a public institution and autonomy law was made, legal status for social purposes, self-management and equity allocations and annually receives from the Central Government. The purpose of the special examination is to determine the level of productivity in the period 2014. The administrative staff working the Provincial Defense Board Artisan Rivers were the sample of the population was made to conduct this research. The methodology used was the inductive as a fundamental process responsible for the development of explanatory theory; deductive method through the facts and realities are reflected in the documents presented were analyzed, and then interpret its contents specifically, and finally by analyzing learn more about the object of study.
