Summary: | After a year of the Arab Spring, many are now wondering what has changed in the Arab World and what is the political road, these countries will take. On the following work, I will make an analysis of the political future of Egypt, the country with the biggest population and influence of the region. Because of its strategic position, Egypt has always been the link between the Occident and the Middle East. Therefore, by analyzing the pad that it will take, it will give us an idea of how the rest of the Arab countries are going to behave. Some people believe that Turkey is the example that these countries should take, where the Islam and democracy have merge on an ideal manner. I will compare the political process that Turkey followed with the current process Egypt is now undertaking, to see if this option is feasible for Egypt or, if on the Other hand, if it will chose a religious radicalization and if so, what is the course International Relations with Occident and the Israeli-Arab conflict will take. |
