| Sumario: | The present study expects to develop an analysis about the incidence of rural microfinance, to contribute and determine the actual perspective on the growth of the same, in the economic environment and their financial sustainability in 2011 and help to determine the actual growth of the Microfinance in the system of credit cooperatives of Paltas Canton. In recent years, rural microfinances have evolved, experienced a remarkable growth, expanding its coverage and improving its services, demonstrating their ability to adapt and change, despite of the different economic and social phenomenas that have been affected in recent years, becoming a vital element for the economic development of the cantonal area of the Loja Province, acting directly on the microenterprise, professional, food, and healthy growth among other elements.
The microlending that is giving in the “COOPMEGO” credit cooperative in the Paltas Canton, has been considered as an object of analysis, due to its great expansion at provincial and cantonal level. |
