| Sumario: | This paper has been prepared under the assumption of non-compliance with Community laws, they would be making the operating companies of international transport of goods by road in the Andean Community of Nations, when making domestic services in a country other than their country of origin.
In determining such breaches considered three aspects: the contract for international carriage of goods by road, which regulates the business relationship between the sender and the carrier; the laws applicable to the subject, which are different national and international laws governing the activity we are studying; and shipping documents, which are the instruments that have to protect each freight and certify the existence of a contract of carriage.
Based on the above issues we will resolve whether or service operators are making national transport without being qualified to do so and sanctions which are subject to these breaches. |
