| Sumario: | The General Code of Process - COGEP promulgated by the National Assembly in May 2015, replaces judicial proceedings written by a system based on oral hearings; that unifies the procedural avenues; It incorporates new technologies; and is based on the principles of immediacy, speed, timing, device, contradiction, advertising, and transparency governing the administration of justice.
The COGEP includes among its provisions the administrative proceedings, which from its effect will void the Law of Administrative Jurisdiction.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the provisions of administrative proceedings which will enter into force in a few months, whose objective is the legality of administrative actions and the exercise of effective judicial protection for the benefit of the governed; to compare them with current standards, establish substantive changes; determine the regulatory progress, similarities, differences; and provide the relevance and effectiveness of new procedural regulations in this area. |
