| Sumario: | Lean Management is a philosophy which objective is to seek and eliminate the non value adding processes and waste inside a company, to improve the client service through simple and lean procedures. Resource optimization, profit increase and permanency in the market, in an evolving environment, are the purposes of Automotores Continental Quito through the Lean philosophy applied to the Parts and Accessories department. The present project designs and structures a Lean Supply Chain in the company, analyzing the actual politics, processes and procedures, which shall allow the removal of waste, maintaining a high service level. |
