The control and information management in the school at present, has many risks, as being manipulated by the administrator's, is sensible to human error, situation that can be avoided thanks to the implementation of this system. From the web applicative developed, various administrative task are computerized that at present the establishment handles for the record of students, their respective registration, and information about ratings obtained in the different periods academic. Others benefits for teachers, administrative staff and parents, will have greater performance monitoring academic, behavior disciplinary and others comments relevant through the system, that will allow access to date information of students. El presente documento se basa en el desarrollo de un sistema web para el registro de información y matriculación de estudiantes, ingreso de notas como también de observaciones por parte de docentes y tutores, así como la generación de reportes tipo libreta, de los estudiantes de la escuela “Rey Sabio Salomón”. El control y manejo de la información en el centro educativo en la actualidad, tiene muchos riesgos, pues al ser manipulada por el personal administrativo, es sensible a errores humanos, situación que puede ser mitigada gracias a la implantación de este sistema. A partir del aplicativo web desarrollado, se informatizan las diversas tareas administrativas que en la actualidad el establecimiento maneja para el registro de estudiantes, su respectiva matriculación, e información acerca de las calificaciones obtenidas en los diferentes períodos lectivos.
