This paper presents the discrimination by an educational institution to a student who professes a faith different from that of her classmates and for this reason is cataloged as a bad example not only for her classmates but for everyone in general , In this way the authorities of this educational institution want to deny the Right to Education and in turn are violating their right to free thought, as well as their right to profess a different faith, as protected by the constitution, but we will demonstrate that Our constitution as a guarantor protects all these rights. El presente ensayo, expone como título “Restricción Al Acceso A La Educación Pública Por Discriminación: El Derecho A La Educación Como Garantía Del Estado.” el cual hace principal referencia a un estudio profundo de las disposiciones establecidas dentro de la Constitución, los tratados y convenios internacionales a los cuales el Ecuador está suscrito, las leyes creadas por la Asamblea para el ejercicio de los mismos, así como las demás leyes conexas; para la defensa del derecho a manifestar una manera distinta de pensar a la de las demás personas, así mismo el respeto a profesar una fe distinta a otros. En este trabajo se presenta la discriminación por parte de una institución educativa a una alumna que profesa una fe distinta a la de sus compañeros de aula y por tal motivo se la cataloga como mal ejemplo no solo para sus compañeros de aula sino para todos en general, de esta manera las autoridades de dicha institución educativa le quieren negar el Derecho a la Educación y a su vez están vulnerando su Derecho al libre pensamiento, así como también su derecho a profesar una fe distinta, tal como lo ampara la constitución, pero demostraremos que nuestra constitución al ser garantista protege todos estos derechos. 2017-09-21T16:57:09Z 2017-09-21T16:57:09Z 2017-09 Examen Complexivo Maldonado Palacios, B.E.
