The indicators most important to consider are: Investment unnecessary, incomplete negotiations, loss of market, product output, reduced exports, lower productivity, possible demise of the company in the market. Its aim would be to conduct a logistics process that considers export development step and be capable of being applied to local companies or promising enterprises in order that they can internationalize your product and earn a place among the major developed companies, the most important competitive advantages. They are: business expansion, increased production, macro-industrial development, internationalization of the product. To start the export logistics process must be clear that it should be defined as follows: to have the goods in terms of delivery, documents such as commercial invoice and certificate of origin, contact the freight, please contact the customs agent, requesting authorization shipping and export document. Before exporting you should define objectives, define if you make a product or service, establish what the market. To export a company must increase its exports, in order to level the imbalance in their payments abroad and earn sufficient income to finance the continuation of its rapid industrialization process. We conclude that it has managed to achieve the goal set because it explains briefly what the company must take to run a logistics export process, keep in mind that whatever it was the INCOTERM remains unchanged as it is defined time to close a deal.
