| Sumario: | This document information for budgeting construction and technical specifications of a detached house of ground floor and first floor with a construction area of 349.49 m2 implanted in an area of 143.59 m2 is exposed, which is Parish located in Canton Machala Providence.
The aim of the research is to propose the total cost in dollars that would build a house that we will get through the budgeting work on the basis of information that gives us the final design of the different planes.
For the budget that determine the construction of two storey detached house, unit method which is to develop a budget that lists in detail, quantifies and evaluates all construction units necessary to implement the project was used.
By applying the unitary method and the use of digital tool Microsoft Excel which facilitated greatly the work could get the cost of each activity in isolation after making their respective unit price analysis in which costs are considered direct and indirect.
The research results throw a total cost of one hundred twenty-two thousand nine hundred and ten dollars 44/100 of the United States of America (U.S.$.122.910,44) on account of the construction of two storey detached house plus it discloses its technical specifications which are detailed in Table 1. |
