Fifty compounds were identified altogether. The majority compounds were the squalene (34.92%), pentadecanal (15.28%) and ionol (19.16%) in shells, juice and seeds respectively. However, aromatic compounds, sesquiterpenes, alcohols, aldehydes and hydrocarbons were detected as minority compounds with potential utility in food and pharma industry.
