This research aims to improve the teaching-learning process using the methodological strategy Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge that relates three knowledges discipline, pedagogical and technological, focuses on a group of students that enhances the development of cognitive skills enabling better performance in academic activities. This is a model of innovation where new technologies of information and communication are applied as a fundamental element of the teaching-learning process that integrates disciplinary knowledge and the teaching of physics. In the quasi-experimental research the results were compared with a pretest and posttest group applying the methodological strategy; for that purpose test base structured to measure the level of learning achieved and the use of descriptive scale was applied allows us to observe the steps of the method of problem solving, experimental method and the appropriation of the information of technology and communication related to the learning of physics. In conclusion a relationship between the methodological strategy applied and learning outcomes is determined.
