| Sumario: | In the present investigation we make known what is the agricultural pledge as a security against the main obligation of the loan agreement.
The research will be based on bibliographic, hemerographic and archival sources; the first is based on the consultation of books, the second on articles or essays in magazines and newspapers, and the third on documents found in the archives.
This research work is structured by chapters, units, themes and subtopics, arranged as follows: Chapter I, contains the Reference Framework, where you can find the problem approach, objectives, justification and importance of the work.
In Chapter II, Theoretical Framework, is the theoretical foundation of work, is the longest chapter, for this reason it has been divided into three units; Formed by background of the investigation, philosophical foundation, where we have ample analysis to be able to know about what is the pledge, the contract of loan, concepts and above all the normative foundation.
Chapter III will deal with the Methodological Framework, which is a synthesis of the methodology used throughout the research, in order to be able to address what field research has been, as far as interview and surveys are concerned, as well as their Results.
And finally in chapter IV we find the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation, where it is the basis of the investigation |
