| Sumario: | The suppliers of masonry and paving stones are important for the construction industry but they are not always given due importance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to characterize the suppliers of masonry and paving stones for construction in zone 3 of Ecuador, based on a producer approach, thus generating a positive impact on construction.
To this end, a survey was conducted to suppliers of masonry and paving stones in order to evaluate the variables that best characterize the suppliers of these: quality of service, cost and time or term. Then it was classified in category A:> 90%, Category B between 75% and 90% and Category C: <75%.
The results of this study are: quality of service 92.57%, cost 70.35% and time or term 87.92%. In addition, the categorization is: Category A, 17.59%, Category B, 69.21%, and Category C, 13.19%. |
