Among the fundamental aspects of this research are: determining the phytopathogenic fungus of greatest impact on the production passion fruit that is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, which it was determined by the literature review and discussion, thus managing to identify the signs and symptoms of the fungus in the field the technique used was direct observation compared with quated source, allowing to perform the characterization of macro and micro structures as: talo, mycelium, conidi?geno and acervulosporas, obtaining digital pictures, which by using existing taxonomic keys, the researcher ratify the presence of the causative agent that is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, its life cycle under controlled conditions making sowing and isolation of the pathogen in Petri dishes in a growth medium of potato - dextrose - agar, with a length of four days at 23 ? C of temperature. The product of this research has been consolidated into a tutorial of the morphological characteristics of the fungus to spread the results. La presente investigaci?n se realiz? mediante t?cnicas de aislamiento en laboratorio y la observaci?n posterior del hongo en el microscopio trinocular CX31, para poder diferenciar sus partes para luego ratificarlo con la bibliograf?a existente. Entre los aspectos fundamentales de esta investigaci?n est?n; la determinaci?n del hongo fitopat?geno de mayor impacto en la producci?n de granadilla que resulto ser Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, la cual se determin? gracias a la revisi?n y discusi?n bibliogr?fica, logrando identificar as? los signos y s?ntomas del hongo en campo, la t?cnica empleada fue la observaci?n directa compar?ndola con la fuente citada, permitiendo con esto realizar la caracterizaci?n de macro y micro estructuras como: talo, micelio, conidi?geno y acervulosporas, llegando a obtener fotograf?as digitales, las mismas que con ayuda de claves taxon?micas existentes se logr? ratificar la presencia del agente causal que es Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, se pudo describir su ciclo de vida en condiciones controladas realizando la siembra y el aislamiento del pat?geno en cajas Petri en un medio de cultivo papa ? dextrosa ? agar, con la duraci?n de cuatro d?as a una temperatura de 23?C.
