| Sumario: | The study of this experiment was to testing the effects of immunosterilisation by applying an anti-GnRH vaccine for suppressing reproductive capacity of the domestic animalsit was used as experimental animal model, the number of sheep in 12 males, 3-4 months old, were placed in three groups. In the three treatments blood samples were obtained before each application for hormonal analysis GnRH, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol, measuring testicular morphology and histology. The treatment consisted of applying the Inmunoesterilizados 3 doses of anti-GnRH (INNOSURE?) 2ml vaccine to each animal subcutaneously, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol was analyzed before, during and after application of the vaccine .
