In the three treatments blood samples were obtained before each application for hormonal analysis GnRH, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol, measuring testicular morphology and histology. The treatment consisted of applying the Inmunoesterilizados 3 doses of anti-GnRH (INNOSURE?) 2ml vaccine to each animal subcutaneously, LH, FSH, testosterone and cortisol was analyzed before, during and after application of the vaccine . As in the surgically castrated and control groups..... El estudio del presente experimento fue comprobar los efectos de la inmunoesterilizaci?n mediante la aplicaci?n de una vacuna anti-GnRH para suprimir la capacidad reproductiva de los animales dom?sticos. Determinando las concentraciones hormonales, an?lisis de la morfolog?a testicular e histol?gica, respecto el costo/beneficio entre los animales inmunoesterilizados con relaci?n a los quir?rgicamente castrados. Se us? como modelo experimental animal a los ovinos en n?mero de 12 machos, de 3-4 meses de edad, que fueron ubicados en tres grupos.
