Actually is currently immersed in society as a revolution of factors for changes in the lives of the students. The project arose from the need to investigate the problems caused by gender inequality in students of the "Pujil?" Educational Unit, in the Pujil? Canton, Cotopaxi Province, the same as some of the stereotypes that society has established, that and the students bring from their homes causing discrimination, verbal, psychological and physical; preventing adequate interpersonal relationships exist between genders. This project was intended to achieve the overall objective of diagnosing the causes of inequality between genders. The investigation of this project was a training approach because it must follow important and decisive steps for choosing the method or path that led to obtain valid results that responded to the initial goals in this research, a survey was raised on equity gender, applied to teachers, students and parents that make up the educational community. Relevant researches results show that masculinity and femininity traditionally understood no longer exerts a strong weight but are still present in the way of acting and thinking of people. Consideration should be given to gender equity; you should be clarified in the training of students by developing activities promoting gender equality in improving interpersonal relationships. La Equidad de G?nero es una tem?tica que desarrolla conflictos de adaptaci?n en el ?mbito educativo. Actualmente se ve sumergida en la sociedad como una revoluci?n de factores que buscan cambios en la vida de los y las estudiantes. El proyecto surgi? de la necesidad de investigar los problemas que genera la desigualdad de g?nero en los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa ?Pujil?? del cant?n Pujil?, provincia de Cotopaxi, el mismo que parte de los estereotipos que la sociedad ha implantado, que los y las estudiantes traen desde sus hogares causando discriminaci?n, agresiones verbales, psicol?gicas y f?sicas evitando que exista adecuadas relaciones interpersonales entre los g?neros. Con este proyecto se pretendi? alcanzar el objetivo general del diagn?stico de las causas de la desigualdad entre ambos g?neros. La investigaci?n de este proyecto tuvo un enfoque formativo, ya que se debe seguir pasos importantes y decisivos para la elecci?n del m?todo o camino que llevo a obtener resultados v?lidos que respondieron a los objetivos inicialmente planteados en esta investigaci?n, se plante? una encuesta sobre equidad de g?nero aplicado a los docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia que conforman la comunidad educativa. Los resultados relevantes de la investigaci?n muestran que la masculinidad y feminidad entendidas tradicionalmente ya no ejerce un peso fuerte, pero que a?n est?n presentes en la forma de actuar y pensar de las personas.
