Being the banana sector its participation in the country's GDP constantly oscillating in one of 8.5%; making it the banana sector in one of the main pillars of Ecuador's economy. (SINAGAP, 2015) This work aims to correctly allocate the expenses of each production process of the company "SUMIFRU ECUADOR SA as well as to determine the cost of production in each of the sample, ie Zone 1 SUMIFRUTAS, and Zone 2 SUMIBANANAS, and that for the realization of the case the Production Cost has been determined independently that is to say in zones because the company did not present this type of information. The calculation and analysis of costs is very important for the company "SUMIFRU ECUADOR SA since this will allow you to know the investment applied in each of the zones, which will allow you to make periodic comparisons this will help to take the management the corrective if there are shortcomings. The case will be developed under a field investigation supported by a documentary base applying interviews. In the investigation the description of the problematic of the company is considered, the main theoretical bases that support the respective conclusions are detailed El sector de explotación agrícola es una de los sectores más importante del Ecuador, su participación en la economía se ha visto presente en reiteradas ocasiones durante la historia del país y principalmente en las épocas de auge agrícola como lo fue el del cacao y del banano; en la actualidad se proyecta este sector a brindar materias primas para la agroindustria. Siendo el sector bananero su participación en el PIB del país oscilado constantemente en uno de 8,5 %; convirtiéndolo al sector bananero en uno de los principales pilares de la economía del Ecuador. (SINAGAP, 2015) Este trabajo tiene como propósitos la asignación correctamente los egresos de cada proceso productivo de la empresa “SUMIFRU ECUADOR S.A así como también determinar el costo de producción en cada una de la muestra, es decir la Zona 1 SUMIFRUTAS, y la Zona 2 SUMIBANANAS, ya que para la realización del caso se ha determinado los Costo de Producción de forma independiente es decir en zonas debido a que la compañía no presentaba este tipo de información. El cálculo y análisis de los costos es muy importante para la empresa “SUMIFRU ECUADOR S.A ya que esto le permitirá conocer la inversión aplicada en cada una de las zonas, lo que le va a permitir realizar comparaciones periódicas esto ayudará a tomar a la gerencia los correctivos inmediatos si se presentan falencias. El caso se desarrollara bajo una investigación de campo apoyada por una base documental aplicando entrevistas.
