The study is carried out directly in the place of the facts, this is the business object of investigation, where it has been proved that there are certain problems that are directly linked to the accounting process, among which it has been determined that it is not used the services of an accountant for the accounting record of the different operations that are carried out daily, only the accountant makes the tax declarations and at the end of the year he sets some Financial Statements with the little information he has; In addition, in the development of this report it is indicated what is the reality of the issuance of supporting documents of the various commercial operations carried out, as well as it has been determined that there is no control of inventories. The study is under the research line of the Faculty of "Development of Information Systems, Communication and Business and Technological Entrepreneurship" and in the sub-line of the Accounting and Audit career of "Management of Accounting Information", because its Thematic is directly related, because an analysis of the accounting process is being applied to the "Paguay" egg and chicken distributor. La presente investigación tiene como tema el “Proceso contable de Distribuidora de huevos y gallinas “Paguay”; esta empresa se dedica a la venta al por mayor de aves y huevos y al por menor la venta de alimentos en tienda de abarrotes, la finalidad del estudio es determinar cómo se realiza el control contable de esta unidad económica, la que se encuentra ubicado en las calles 27 de Mayo y García Moreno. El estudio se realiza de manera directa en el lugar de los hechos, esto es el negocio objeto de investigación, donde se ha podido comprobar que existen ciertos problemas que están vinculados directamente con el proceso contable, entre los cuales se ha determinado que no se utiliza los servicios de un contador para el registro contable de las diversas operaciones que se realizan diariamente, solamente el contador hace las declaraciones tributarias y al final del año cuadra unos Estados Financieros con la poca información que tiene; además en el desarrollo del presente informe se indica cual es la realidad de las emisión de documentos de soporte de las diversas operaciones comerciales que realiza, así como también se ha determinado que no existe un control de inventarios.
