The spaces will be an incentive for users to create new links with art, music and leisure. The project is located on Simón Bolívar Street and Juan José Flores, on the corner of Pedro Moncayo Park, considered the central point in Ibarra city. The intervention will be the entire ground floor that has 644.98 m2 of useful area. It will concentrate on users with an age range between 14 to 23 years. The center will have administrative areas with information on the operation of the different activities will be given, this service will have complementary areas such as: reception, central courtyard, cafeteria, cultural point, multipurpose room, cooking workshops, pastry, art, crafts, music, theater and dance. With these services an environment organized according to the different needs and interests of the users will be created. For these reasons. It is considered necessary to carry out an interior intervention for the implementation of a juvenile alternative leisure center on the first floor of the Ibarreñidad house. Mediante la implementación de este centro se creará conciencia sobre la importancia de que la juventud cuente con espacios de ocio, donde los adolescentes se enfoquen en talleres que fomenten su creatividad, potenciar sus sentidos, erradicar problemas secundarios que se dan a partir de la falta de atención de los padres y el mal uso de su tiempo libre que perjudiquen su bienestar. Los espacios serán un incentivo para que los usuarios creen nuevos vínculos con el arte la música y el ocio. El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en la calle Simón Bolívar y Juan José flores, en la esquina de parque Pedro Moncayo considerado punto central de la ciudad de Ibarra. La intervención será toda la planta baja que cuenta con 644.98 m2 de área útil Estará enfocado a usuarios con un rango de edad entre los 14 a 23 años. El centro contará con áreas administrativas donde se dará información del funcionamiento de los distintos talleres, este servicio tendrá áreas complementarias como: recepción, patio central, cafetería, punto cultural, sala polivalente, talleres de cocina, repostería, arte, manualidades, música, teatro y baile. Con estos servicios se creará un ambiente organizado de acuerdo con las diferentes necesidades e intereses de los usuarios. Por estas razones.
