| Sumario: | The next job titling seeks to create and implement a new business idea, by using different aspects such as the analysis of different environments in both external and internal environments, an qualitative and quantitative research will be performed in which the main objective is to think in the public and direct our efforts specifically to meet the tastes and needs of potential customers. This business plan also contains a marketing plan where the strategies to be used and explained are the value of proposition and a marketing mix. The product to be sold as an entertainment and recreation center, the main differentiator is its innovative activities and the surface for sporting activities. Within the space of activity, the sport courts are multipurpose so you can play football, basketball or volleyball on an elastic surface, it also has an elastic surface assigned to play dodge ball, also in an elastic surface. Our philosophy is approach with an organizational structure to be clear about the way in which the organization was handled and developed, in our macro and micro processes and on what parameter have been put to realize our philosophy. The organizational structure reflects the hierarchies and the responsibilities of each member of the team. Finally, the work consists of a financial analysis in different states to have a clear accounting and economic system for the control of the future enterprise. |
