| Sumario: | This investigation was taken place in the company named Panatel Del Ecuador S.A., an organization inserted in the telecommunications sector, whose specialty is the installation and maintenance of internet networks, using coaxial cable and fiber optics. Considering the kind of its activity, the organization has some problems related to its storage management, lowering the profitability indexes of the organization. That is the reason why this study was carried out and it has as main objective the process standardization of the materials storage in the Company, considering its activities of reception, storage and delivery, applying a check list which made possible the obtaining of important information in the synthesis of results. Finally, the processes were standardized; reducing and eliminating the execution times of tasks that did not add value to the process. |
