The administrative and financial management is to provide support to the business processes of the different functional areas of the organization, in order to achieve effective results revealed competitive advantage in the services and products offered by the institution. Financial institutions focus on essential factors to profit maximization and wealth, to determine it is necessary to use tools that are effective in meeting those objectives and to improve the quality of services so that further strengthen the functions of the strategies and administrative processes. The study of this research was supported by the use of techniques such as interviews and surveys deputy officials and bank customers, in order to gather information in order to analyze the functioning of the administrative and financial management in the quality of services, As the application of indicators in the financial statements was carried out to analyze the needs and situations of the bank. La presente investigación denominada Gestión Administrativa yFinanciera de Produbanco y su relación en la calidad de los servicios del Grupo Promerica; fue elaborado con la finalidad de medir la gestión administrativa y conocer la eficiencia y eficacia con la que labora, con el propósito de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes ofreciendo servicios de calidad a un buen precio. La gestión administrativa y financiera consiste en ofrecer un soporte a los procesos empresariales de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la entidad, a fin de lograr resultados efectivos con ventaja competitiva revelada en los servicios y productos que brinda la institución. Las entidades financieras se enfocan en factores esenciales para la maximización del beneficio y la riqueza, para determinarlo se necesita utilizar herramientas que sean eficaces para el cumplimiento de aquellos objetivos y para mejorar la calidad de los servicios de tal manera que sigan fortaleciendo las funciones de las estrategias y los procesos administrativos. El estudio de esta investigación se apoyó en la utilización de técnicas como la entrevista al subgerente y encuestas a los funcionarios y clientes del banco, con la finalidad de recolectar información que permita analizar el funcionamiento de la gestión administrativa y financiera en la calidad de los servicios, al igual se efectuó la aplicación de indicadores en los estados financieros para analizar las necesidades y situaciones del banco. 2019-03-08T17:46:17Z 2019-03-08T17:46:17Z 2016 bachelorThesis Tomalá Loor, Jessica Tatiana.
