| Sumario: | This Thesis legal research entitled "DISAPPEARANCE OF PERSONS AND THE ENFORCEMENT GUARANTEED BY THE STATE" establishes a study on the need for the law of the land is consistent with the requirements of the social order, to the effect that the State fulfill its duty to ensure safety for people and the full exercise of their rights and fundamental freedoms, it determined the relevance of a proposal for the legal reform to Art. 84 of the Penal Code of Integral.
The Thesis is organized into six chapters. The first addresses the problem. El Segundo Theoretical Framework, The Third Research Methodology. The fourth chapter the analysis and interpretation of results. The conclusions and recommendations Fifth and Sixth Proposition, in this part of the legal reform was main and fundamental idea developed to Art. 84 of the Code of Criminal Integral with respect to increasing imprisonment for crimes of forced disappearance of persons.............. |
