After having carried out a descriptive, explanatory and documentary study, it was found that the company frequently fails to meet the delivery times of the product in question to the customers, to a certain extent for the time it takes to import, but above all because of the limitations that must be faced when entering the order, which implies the use of three different systems and the waiting for approval of the purchase order by the parent company located in Venezuela….. El presente trabajo de titulación surge como respuesta a la problemática presentada en la empresa SVF Ecuador, dentro de la cual se ha podido constatar falencias inmersas en el proceso de importación de motores industriales mineros, mismos que son considerados como el producto estrella de la compañía debido a que representa el 40% de las ventas globales. Luego de haber realizado un estudio de tipo descriptivo, explicativo y documental, se pudo constatar que la empresa incumple frecuentemente con los plazos de entrega del producto en cuestión a los clientes, en cierta medida por el tiempo que se tarda en el proceso de importación, pero sobre todo por las limitaciones que debe enfrentar al momento de ingresar el pedido, lo cual implica el uso de tres sistemas diferentes y de la espera de aprobación de la orden de compra por parte de la casa matriz ubicada en Venezuela…… 2019-01-08T20:12:46Z 2019-01-08T20:12:46Z 2018 bachelorThesis Loaiza Herrera, Marjorie Johanna (2018).
