Álvarez Brito, María Gabriela Cali, Margoth Patrimonio Cultural Patrimonio Inmaterial This paper aims to record the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Flores, located in Chimborazo province, Riobamba Canton, using a field research in order to work with strategic performers who know the cultural richness of the place, the design of a dissemination plan to strengthen the cultural identity of the town was suggested, focused on the revival of traditions, development of the tourism potential of the town and the job of the community. It indicated above the Dissemination Plan will be very important because the community needs to engage in an optimally way with the rise of tourism in the country through promotional materials in which media, conventional and digital are used by publicizing its history and tradition. Nowadays the Intangible Cultural Heritage is one of the focal points of attention for the government, based on the importance of representative manifestations of the communities. Therefore, it is very important to contribute to the dissemination of the heritage of Flores, making it easy for tourists arriving by information points established by the Tourism office, the easy and dynamic access of tourism options in Chimborazo province and especially in Flores promoting the cultural richness and in this way to prevent miss traditions over time. Promoting the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Flores through radio, television and print media which can reach more people who will visit Flores and they will increase people interests to develop their customs and thus recover and strengthen their cultural identity. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo registrar el Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la parroquia Flores, localizada en la provincia de Chimborazo en el Cantón Riobamba, a través de una investigación de campo con el fin de trabajar con actores estratégicos que conocen de la riqueza cultural del lugar, proponiendo el diseño de un plan de difusión para fortalecer la identidad cultural de la parroquia, enfocado en la reactivación de tradiciones, desarrollo del potencial turístico de la parroquia y el trabajo con la comunidad. Por lo antes indicado el Plan de Difusión será de mucha importancia puesto que la comunidad necesita involucrarse de manera óptima con el auge del turismo en el país, mediante el material de promoción en el que se utilizan medios de comunicación, convencionales y digitales dando a conocer su historia y tradición. Actualmente el Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial constituye uno de los puntos focales de atención para el gobierno, basados en la importancia de las manifestaciones representativas de los pueblos. Por tanto es de suma importancia contribuir a la difusión del patrimonio de la Parroquia Flores, facilitando a los turistas que llegan por información a los puntos establecidos por la Dirección de Turismo el acceso de manera fácil y dinámica de opciones de turismo en la provincia de Chimborazo y de manera especial a la parroquia Flores dando a conocer la riqueza cultural para de esta manera evitar que se pierda las tradiciones con el paso del tiempo. Mediante la difusión del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la parroquia Flores a través de medios radiales, televisivos y escritos se puede llegar a mayor número de personas la mismas que visitarán Flores y empezarán a incrementar el interés de sus pobladores por desarrollar sus costumbres y de esta manera recuperar y fortalecerá la identidad cultural.
