Sumario: | Because of the need to implement a teaching unit of processing meat products at the National University of Chimborazo, where students from the school of Agroindustrial Engineering can carry out their practices with appropriate machinery, we are concerned to give appropriate alternatives which one allow us to satisfy adequately the training needs, developing skills related to the meat industry, that is why the project has an application in production, seeking to improve quality in learning and encourage production systems. |
